Using the App

How do I add a task?

Tap the + button on the home screen. You can set a name, description, schedule, and assign the task to a group.

What do Done, Skip Today, and Skip mean?

Done marks the task complete and moves to the next one. Skip Today removes it from today's queue without counting it as done — it comes back tomorrow. Skip moves it to the end of the current queue so the next task appears now.

What is a Group?

Groups let you separate your tasks into independent queues — for example Morning, Work, or Fitness. Each group has its own task order and its own pace.

Does the app work without signing in?

Yes. Done!Next works fully without an account. Your data stays on your device only. Sign in if you want your routines to sync across devices or be backed up in the cloud.

How do I sign in?

Open the app settings and tap "Sign in". You can sign in with your Google account or with Apple.

Is Done!Next available on iPad or Android?

Done!Next is currently iPhone-only. iPad and other platforms may come in a future update.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account and data?

See the Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions. You can request deletion by emailing support@donenext.de. We will complete deletion within 30 days, as required by GDPR.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Under GDPR, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data. Email support@donenext.de to request a data export. We will respond within 30 days.

What data does Done!Next collect?

If you use the app without signing in, no personal data leaves your device. If you sign in, we store your account info and synced task data via Firebase. Crash logs and basic usage events are also collected. See the full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I sign out?

Open the app settings and tap "Sign out". After signing out, your data remains on your device but is no longer synced.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@donenext.de with a description of what happened and what you expected. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
